Mahindra Lifespace Developer Ltd has acquired approximately 9 acres of land in Bengaluru for nearly Rs 200 crore throught the acquisition of Shreyas Stones Pvt Ltd. This strategic move allows Mahindra Lifespace to develop a housing project with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs 1100 crore.
